Online Service Enhancement Information
On March 30th, Police FCU launched the new online banking, bill pay and estatements.
If you are an online banking user and have not yet logged in, please be aware of the following:
You will notice a new look to the online banking screen, online bill pay and your estatements. When logging on for the first time, you will need to re-establish passwords, email addresses and security questions.
Online Banking - When logging into the new online banking for the first time, you will be prompted to verify your account identity and update your password. For security purposes, your temporary password information had been sent to you via regular mail, the week of March 16th. If you did not receive this letter or cannot find it, please contact the credit union. This is a one-time-only password that you will be prompted to change once you log in. You will also be prompted to update your security questions, as a part of our multifactor authentication process - a security system to verify your identity through validation questions.
Online Bill Pay - The all new Police FCU online bill pay is now available. Clean and easy to use, paying your bills has never been this quick or simple! Try the online bill pay demo today and see for yourself how easy it can be!
Estatements - April is the kick-off for the newly redesigned Police FCU estatements. Estatements are an electronic version of your monthly financial statement - PDF format. They can be saved to your computer for easy storage, help reduce paper consumption - they are better for the environment, and safer than having a paper statement sit in your mailbox. You will have access to 24 months of estatement history and the ability to print if you need a paper copy.
Make the switch over to estatements by logging into your online banking account and clicking the estatement link in the upper right hand corner.
For your safety, and to verify your identity, when you click to retrieve your estatements on the new system for the first time, you will be asked to update your account and email address.
If you have any questions regarding this notice or your Police FCU accounts, please contact the credit union at 301.817.1200.
Thank you for allowing Police Federal Credit Union to meet your banking needs.
