Member Services Representative

Location:
Main Office - Washington, D.C.

Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

Requirements:
High School graduate with a minimum of one-year experience in member contact position requiring accuracy in financial transactions.

Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for opening new accounts and providing member service in an accurate and friendly manner. The incumbent is required to be informed, current on regulatory compliance and thoroughly understands the Credit Union's products and services. This position advises members about deposit products and services, discloses terms and fees, opens accounts, signs-up services and answers routine questions about loan products. The incumbent must have the ability to cross-sell to members.
